Yes. Gold Subscription is a recurring Yearly subscription, meaning that you will receive the next 6 Patch Packs before being charged again this time next year . The Gold plan means you get billed once a year.

We ship to all U.S. or APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally, yet.
